Three Birds Art

Just some art stuff we did recently … made from old palm frond trimmings collected from Beaufort SC by the wife last year . . .

Like windsocks, their shape turns them into the wind . . .

We tied them so that they function as a flock . . . THREE.  Our Daughter says the eyes on these birds look “evil”, BTW, tho’ to us they are simply artistic.

Here’s the ‘symbology’ in this:

The birds always point into the wind . . .
As one turns, it forces the others to turn in the direction it is pointing . . .

And finally: there are 3.  3 is a ‘magic’ number to me – has been ever since we discovered that we can only have “Three On Top” (meaning 3 alters ‘active’ and ‘on top’) without danger of ‘crashing’.

Three is also the number of the Trinity.

Go figure.

I’ve found that a LOT of us DID’s (people with DID/MPD) can only have THREE on “top” at any given time . . . seems to be a common thread among MPD/DID patients…

Welcome to the world of 3 . . .
Even if it’s just three birds flying . . .

and there’s a symbology in that as well….
